Zoho Inventory: Pricing, Sales Channels and Inventory Model
Zoho Inventory is an SMB-oriented inventory and order-management system with published usage tiers, warehouse locations and integrations to ecommerce stores and marketplaces.
- Operating focus
- SMB inventory and orders
Inventory, orders, warehouses and connected sales channels are managed inside a broader Zoho business-software ecosystem.

| Premium | $79/organization/month billed annually; 3,000 orders, 5 users, 4 locations. |
| Plus | $129/organization/month billed annually; 7,500 orders, 10 users, 6 locations. |
| Enterprise | $249/organization/month billed annually; 15,000 orders, 10 users, 10 locations. |
Operating model
Zoho Inventory combines stock, orders, locations and purchasing around an organization account. Its sales-channel integrations import marketplace or store activity into that inventory model and can keep quantities aligned where the connector supports it.
Zoho's sales-channel documentation makes an important setup boundary explicit: items should already exist on the marketplace, normally with matching SKUs. It can bring marketplace items into Zoho; it is not a universal “create every marketplace listing from Zoho” workflow.
Pricing
Zoho publishes a clear US tier ladder from Free through Enterprise. The prices above are the annual-billing monthly equivalents and exclude taxes. Order, user and location allowances differ by tier, so compare the plan against both transaction volume and warehouse structure.
Channels and integrations
Zoho's sales-channel documentation covers integrations including Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify, while Zoho-developed add-ons also cover Shopify and WooCommerce. Feature depth differs by connector. Check SKU matching, order import, stock update and shipment-status behavior for each channel separately.
Things to verify before choosing
- Do marketplace items already exist with reliable SKUs before connection?
- Which channels support the exact inventory, order and shipment directions you need?
- Which plan covers both peak order volume and required warehouse locations?
- Do you need central listing creation, which Zoho's sales-channel flow does not universally provide?
- Are taxes, currencies and marketplace prerequisites compatible with the account setup?
Zoho Inventory and GNIZDO do different jobs
Zoho Inventory can act as an operational inventory system. GNIZDO can provide a separate observation layer over supported channels instead of treating the central system's intended state as proof of what every channel currently shows.
GNIZDO is detection-first: it observes supported commerce channels independently, keeps evidence with freshness and trust context, and surfaces mismatches or delayed state for review. It does not automatically synchronize quantities between channels. Check the current GNIZDO integrations before relying on a specific platform combination.
