Linnworks: Pricing, Inventory, Orders and Integrations

Independent software profile · checked October 3, 2026. GNIZDO is not affiliated with Linnworks, and this page contains no affiliate links. Vendor facts below come from current first-party documentation.

Linnworks is a broad multichannel operations platform rather than a stock-only synchronizer. Its current product pages put inventory, orders, listings, shipping, automation and warehouse work into one operating system, with a large native integration network.

Broad multichannel operations

Inventory, orders, listings and shipping share one platform; warehouse capability is part of the wider Linnworks stack.

Operating model

Linnworks is designed to sit near the center of multichannel operations. The vendor describes a shared platform for product listings, inventory, orders and shipping, with rules and automation around those flows. That is a different operating model from a narrow connector that only propagates stock.

For teams using warehouses, the product family also includes warehouse-management capability. Forecasting and some listing capabilities may depend on packaging or add-ons, so confirm the exact modules in a quote rather than assuming every feature is included in the base subscription.

Pricing

Linnworks does not publish a simple fixed-price tier table on its current pricing page. It asks sellers to request a quote and says pricing is based on order volume, with additional modules available. Compare quotes using your busiest-month order volume and the exact modules you need.

Channels and integrations

Linnworks says it supports more than 100 native channel integrations and names major channels such as Amazon, eBay and Shopify across its product material. Integration count alone does not establish identical listing, inventory, order or shipping depth on every channel; verify the exact operations you need for each marketplace or storefront.

Things to verify before choosing

  • Which modules are included in the quoted subscription, and which are paid add-ons?
  • Which system is expected to own inventory edits after rollout?
  • What is the documented update path for each channel you rely on?
  • Do your listing and warehouse workflows require separate Linnworks modules?
  • How is the order-volume pricing meter calculated during seasonal peaks?

Linnworks and GNIZDO do different jobs

Linnworks can coordinate and propagate operational state. GNIZDO can sit beside that flow as an independent check of what supported channels actually report after the operation has run.

GNIZDO is detection-first: it observes supported commerce channels independently, keeps evidence with freshness and trust context, and surfaces mismatches or delayed state for review. It does not automatically synchronize quantities between channels. Check the current GNIZDO integrations before relying on a specific platform combination.
