Operating focus
Inventory and warehouse control

The product centers inventory, procurement and warehouse execution rather than marketplace listing authoring.

Operating model

Finale's center of gravity is inventory control. Its published package combines centralized stock, multiple warehouses, procurement and replenishment with ecommerce integrations. Growth adds a mobile barcode warehouse workflow, while Enterprise adds API/EDI and higher-touch support options.

The vendor describes stock synchronization as real-time. As with any connector claim, validate the exact marketplace, failure mode and observed delay that matters for your fastest-moving inventory.

Pricing

The current pricing page lists Essentials from $499 per month, Growth from $799 per month, and Enterprise at custom pricing. “Starts at” means the final cost can depend on operational requirements, so compare a quote using sales-channel count, warehouse needs, WMS usage and integration/API requirements.

Channels and integrations

Finale advertises more than 40 sales-channel integrations and a broader integrations catalog. The relevant buying question is not only whether a logo is present, but whether that connector supports the required inventory, order and fulfillment direction for your workflow.

Things to verify before choosing

  • Do you need barcode WMS, and therefore the Growth-level warehouse workflow?
  • Which 40+ sales-channel connectors support your exact stock and order directions?
  • What determines the final price above the published starting point?
  • Do you need API or EDI access that changes the required package?
  • How do bundles, alias SKUs and multiple warehouses map to your current catalog?

Finale Inventory and GNIZDO do different jobs

Finale can calculate and push operational inventory state. GNIZDO can independently observe supported selling channels and flag when the visible channel evidence is stale or different from what the operating system intended.

GNIZDO is detection-first: it observes supported commerce channels independently, keeps evidence with freshness and trust context, and surfaces mismatches or delayed state for review. It does not automatically synchronize quantities between channels. Check the current GNIZDO integrations before relying on a specific platform combination.
