Sellbrite Alternatives: Which Tool Replaces the Part You Actually Use?
- Short answer
- Start with the Sellbrite job your team would miss tomorrow
If staff use Sellbrite to publish listings, change stock, import orders and print labels, replacing the subscription may mean replacing several workflows. LitCommerce is listing-first, Veeqo is shipping-first, and Trunk or Sumtracker narrow the problem to inventory. Choose from the work you actually need to keep running.
This page compares alternatives. For Sellbrite itself, including pricing, sync frequency, linking and international limits, read the full Sellbrite software profile.
What are you replacing?
Before comparing plans, write down what somebody on your team actually does in Sellbrite during a normal week: publishing listings, correcting stock, importing orders, printing labels, building bundles, or all of them.
| If you need | Tools to investigate |
|---|---|
| Create and edit listings on several marketplaces | LitCommerce (listing-first). Veeqo includes listings on its plans; verify create/edit depth on your exact channels. |
| Stock sync only, while keeping listings managed in each channel | Trunk, Sumtracker |
| Shipping labels and fulfillment in the same tool | Veeqo |
| Bundles and kits built from component stock | Trunk (Pro plan), Sumtracker |
| Purchase orders, forecasting and reordering | Sumtracker (Replenish plan); Veeqo (demand forecasting on Inventory) |
| Newer channels such as TikTok Shop, Temu or Faire | LitCommerce, Veeqo, Trunk. Check your specific channel in each tool's list. |
| Selling in currencies other than USD | LitCommerce lists currency conversion; Sellbrite supports only USD on international marketplaces |
| Pricing not tied to order volume | LitCommerce (priced on listings and channels). The others shown here are priced on order volume. |
Sellbrite baseline
This is only the baseline you need for comparison. Full detail and sources are in the Sellbrite profile.
| Pricing | Forever Free up to 30 orders/month; Pro 100, Pro 500 and Pro 2K are shown at $29, $79 and $179 per month. Monthly and annual billing are available, and pricing is metered on monthly orders. |
|---|---|
| Sync | Scheduled: every 2 hours on Forever Free, every 15 minutes on paid plans. |
| Inventory model | Sellbrite's inventory is the source. Quantities are pushed to linked listings, and Sellbrite asks users to make quantity changes only in Sellbrite. |
| Listings | Create and edit listings on supported channels (not on Newegg or Sears). |
| Orders | Orders imported into one dashboard for fulfillment and shipping labels. |
| Channels | Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google, Walmart, Newegg, Sears, Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce. Non-US Amazon and eBay have no price sync or listing publishing, and only USD is supported. |
LitCommerce: closest listing-management replacement
- What it replaces from Sellbrite. Multichannel listing creation and editing, central catalog, scheduled inventory and price sync, and order import.
- What it does differently. LitCommerce is listing-first. It works from a Main Store, the central source it uses to manage your catalog. Per its how-it-works page, the Main Store can be a connected ecommerce store such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Wix; a marketplace-only seller can skip that step and LitCommerce itself acts as the Main Store and central hub. With an ecommerce Main Store, order sync sends orders from every sales channel to that store; LitCommerce also documents managing all orders directly from its own dashboard.
- Pricing model. The pricing page shows a pay-as-you-go Multichannel Listing plan from $29/month, priced on product listings and integrated channels rather than on orders. A 7-day free trial is offered; this is a trial, not a free plan.
- Channels and operating model. The pricing page lists Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Reverb, Facebook, Google Shopping, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Walmart, Temu, Amazon and Faire. The standard pricing table lists 15-minute inventory and price sync and 15-minute order import, but LitCommerce's current migration guidance documents an Etsy exception: Etsy sync runs every 60 minutes because of API limits. Each channel listing must be linked to a product in the LitCommerce catalog to receive price and quantity updates.
- What to verify before switching. How your listing count and channel count price out; whether your Main Store should be your storefront; and where you will print labels and handle fulfillment, since LitCommerce's pages list a ShipStation integration but do not describe label printing of their own.
- Full or partial replacement. Closest to Sellbrite's listing and sync jobs. Shipping and fulfillment equivalence with Sellbrite is not established by LitCommerce's own pages.
Veeqo: shipping and inventory operations alternative
- What it replaces from Sellbrite. Order import, fulfillment and shipping labels, and, on paid plans, central inventory with cross-channel sync.
- What it does differently. Veeqo is shipping-first and owned by Amazon. Its free plan is a shipping plan. Inventory control lets you choose Veeqo or one channel as the master stock source, and Veeqo says stock changes are pushed in near real time after setup.
- Pricing model. Shipping is free; Inventory is from $19/month and High Volume from $350/month, priced on seller-fulfilled orders synced each month. FBA and MCF orders are excluded.
- Channels and operating model. Documented channels include Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, Etsy, BigCommerce, Magento and TikTok, among others.
- What to verify before switching. Listing depth by channel. Veeqo's current plan documentation includes 10 listings per month on Shipping and unlimited listings on Inventory and High Volume, but it does not spell out create/edit depth for every marketplace. If your team relies on Sellbrite's listing editor, test one real product and variant on every channel you use before moving.
- Full or partial replacement. A replacement for the inventory, order and shipping side of Sellbrite. Treat listing management as something to verify, not assume. See the full Veeqo software profile, or the direct Sellbrite vs Veeqo comparison.
Trunk: stock-sync and bundle alternative
- What it replaces from Sellbrite. Cross-channel stock syncing only.
- What it does differently. Trunk does not create or edit listings. Its homepage states that Trunk “only syncs stock levels” and that syncing listings and orders is still being worked on. Prices, titles and descriptions stay independent per channel. Listings are linked automatically when SKUs match, including at variant level. Trunk describes order-triggered syncing as real-time, and says stock changes made directly on a channel are also picked up.
- Pricing model. Priced on monthly customer orders, billed monthly. Essential starts at $35/month and Pro at $39/month for up to 100 orders/month, rising with volume; this is shown on both Trunk's pricing help article and its Shopify App Store listing. Pro adds bundling and kitting and duplicate-SKU syncing. All plans include unlimited sales channels and listings. A 14-day free trial is offered.
- Channels and operating model. Trunk lists Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Faire, TikTok and Walmart among its integrations.
- What to verify before switching. Where you will create and edit listings once Sellbrite is gone; whether your SKUs match exactly across channels; and whether you need Pro for bundles. Trunk's pricing help article was last updated in June 2023, so confirm current tiers in the app.
- Full or partial replacement. Partial. Stock sync and bundles only, with no listing management or order workflow. See the full Trunk software profile.
Sumtracker: inventory operations and bundle alternative
- What it replaces from Sellbrite. Central inventory and cross-channel stock sync, plus purchasing and forecasting on its higher plan.
- What it does differently. Sumtracker's pricing page states that it “cannot create listings for your stores. It can only update the inventory.” It uses the SKU as the single identifier to match products, and its sync documentation says inventory updates are pushed to your store every few minutes, with sync running one way per location. Bundles deduct stock from their component SKUs.
- Pricing model. The pricing page prices plans on total sales orders per year, starting at a 2,500-orders-a-year tier; one Sumtracker help article describes the meter as monthly order volume, so confirm which applies. Manage is $59/month billed monthly or $50/month billed annually. Replenish is $119/month monthly or $100/month annually, and adds purchase orders, stock transfers, 12-month forecasting and reorder suggestions. A 14-day free trial with no credit card is offered.
- Channels and operating model. The pricing page lists Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, Etsy, eBay and Walmart, with up to 10 channels per plan. Manage includes multichannel inventory sync, bundles, inventory adjustments, stocktake, barcode scanning and API access.
- What to verify before switching. Where listings will be created and edited; which location owns each stock number, given one-way sync per location; and how your annual order count maps to a tier.
- Full or partial replacement. Partial. It covers inventory, bundles and purchasing, but not listing management. See the full Sumtracker software profile.
Side-by-side comparison
Each cell reflects what the vendor documents. Where a vendor's sources did not clearly cover a capability, the cell says so rather than guessing.

When one tool does not replace your whole Sellbrite workflow
If one person publishes listings in Sellbrite while another uses it for stock and orders, moving to a narrower tool can split that work across two systems. That is not automatically a problem, but decide who owns each job before switching. Two tools should not both believe they own the same stock quantity.
GNIZDO is not another stock writer. It reads supported sales channels independently, records what each one reported and when, and compares products only after shared identity is confirmed. During a migration, that gives the seller a separate check on whether the channel values actually agree after the new tool starts pushing updates.
WooCommerce and Etsy can be connected today; Etsy is read-only beta, while WooCommerce also supports explicit per-item stock and price corrections when write capability is available. Shopify has a supported read-only runtime but is not yet merchant-connectable. eBay is planned; Amazon and Walmart are not supported.
Migration checklist
- SKU identity. Trunk and Sumtracker match on SKU, and LitCommerce, like Sellbrite, needs listings linked to catalog products. Clean up duplicate and missing SKUs before connecting anything.
- Channel coverage. Confirm each of your channels in the new tool's integration list, including any international marketplaces.
- Listings vs inventory vs orders. Write down which of the three jobs you are moving, and where each one lives afterwards.
- Sync cadence. Compare the new tool's documented cadence with Sellbrite's 15-minute or 2-hour schedule, and decide whether low-stock SKUs need a buffer.
- Bundles. If you sell kits, check whether bundles need a specific plan (Trunk Pro) and how components are deducted.
- Historical orders. Decide whether you need past orders in the new system, and export them from Sellbrite before cancelling.
- Pricing meter. Orders per month, orders per year, or listings and channels. Each tool meters differently.
- Busiest-month economics. Price your peak month, not your average. Sellbrite moves you up a tier automatically when you exceed your order limit; check how each alternative handles overages.
- Test before disconnecting Sellbrite. Run the new tool on a small set of SKUs, then confirm on every channel that quantities match before switching Sellbrite's Inventory Sync off.

Check what your channels actually report
Whichever tool pushes stock, GNIZDO gives you a separate view of what each supported channel reports, how fresh that evidence is, and where confirmed products disagree.
