What a GNIZDO report actually says
A GNIZDO report has four parts: what needs attention, what was checked and came back clean, what could not be evaluated at all, and the exact scope and limits behind all three.
Illustrative sample data. Not a real customer case, an early result, or a claim about any specific store.
What needs attention
Three findings are open. Each one carries the evidence it was drawn from, and the limit of what that evidence proves.

woocommerce12 in stockobserved 8 minutes ago
etsy0 in stock, listing activeobserved 7 hours ago
The same confirmed product reports conflicting stock across channels. Both listings stay active, so either channel's number is what a customer currently sees.
Shared identity was confirmed for this product. Physical stock was not verified, and this is not proof that anything has been oversold.

etsy€34.00unchanged since the first confirmed read
One channel moved and the other did not. Both listings are live at different prices.
GNIZDO does not decide which price is correct. Choosing an authoritative channel is your decision, not ours.

etsylast confirmed 7 hours agoolder than GNIZDO's freshness window
Evidence from this channel is no longer fresh enough to draw a current conclusion from. It has not disappeared, and the connection is still working.
Stale evidence narrows every cross-channel check that depends on this channel. It does not invalidate what was already confirmed.
Not evaluated
- 14 listings had no confirmed cross-channel identity.unmapped
- 6 listings had insufficient price evidence.missing price evidence
These were excluded from comparison, not silently counted as clean.
"Nothing found" and "not checked" are different results.
A listing ends up here for a reason GNIZDO can name: it has no confirmed mapping to a listing on another channel, its mapped counterpart was not observed in this read, or the evidence needed for a specific comparison is missing. Until one of those changes, the listing stays a valid observation on its own channel and is left out of cross-channel conclusions.
What was checked
Every check reports its own result. A check that did not run stays distinguishable from a check that ran and found nothing, and each result says whether it narrows or blocks anything downstream.

limits |
This was the first confirmed read on one channel, so there is no previous read to compare against. |
- clear ran, found nothing
- attention ran, found something worth your time
- not applicable nothing to run it against
- ineligible could not run, evidence missing or untrusted
- unsupported this channel cannot support the check at all
Scope and limits
Every conclusion above is bounded by exactly this. Nothing outside it was evaluated, and nothing outside it is claimed.
- Scope
- 2 channels, 338 listings, 318 evaluated, one account
- Observed
- WooCommerce 8 minutes before this report, Etsy 7 hours before it
- Freshness window
- Evidence older than GNIZDO's freshness window is treated as stale
- Identity
- Only listings with an explicitly confirmed mapping were compared across channels
- Stale evidence Etsy's conclusions are drawn from a confirmed read taken 7 hours ago. Anything that changed since then is invisible to this report.
- No previous read One channel had no earlier confirmed read, so change since the last read could not be evaluated for it.
- No physical verification GNIZDO reads what each channel reported. It has no view of a shelf, a warehouse count, or an ERP.
Illustrative sample data throughout — not a real customer case, an early result, or proof of current production capability. Cross-channel comparisons apply only to listings with an explicitly confirmed shared identity; unmapped or ambiguous listings are never compared as one item. WooCommerce is GNIZDO's supported integration, with explicit, capability-gated per-item writes. Etsy is a supported read-only beta. Shopify is a supported read-only runtime, not yet open for merchant connection. eBay is planned, not a live integration.
This is the shape of every GNIZDO report: what needs attention, what came back clean, what could not be evaluated, and the exact boundary around all three.
