Sellbrite for Multichannel Inventory: Pricing, Sync Frequency and Channels

Independent software profile · checked September 29, 2026. GNIZDO is not affiliated with Sellbrite, and this page contains no affiliate links.

Sellbrite is multichannel listing, inventory and order-management software. You keep products in a central Sellbrite catalog, publish and edit listings on marketplaces and stores from there, let Sellbrite push inventory quantities out to those listings, and pull orders back into one dashboard. Sellers usually evaluate it when the same catalog is listed on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart or a Shopify store and keeping quantities aligned by hand has stopped working.

Software profile Central catalog → listings → quantities pushed → orders in

Sellbrite runs on a central-inventory model with scheduled sync. The plan you choose sets how often that sync runs.

What Sellbrite does

Sellbrite's own overview describes three connected jobs:

  • Listings. Create and publish product listings on supported channels, and bulk-update them from a central product catalog.
  • Inventory. Keep one inventory figure in Sellbrite and sync quantities to connected channels, so a sale on one channel reduces what the others show.
  • Orders. Pull orders from every channel into one dashboard to manage fulfillment, print shipping labels and track shipments.

The catalog is the center of the model. Listings on each channel are linked to catalog products, and inventory flows outward from Sellbrite to those listings.

Pricing

Sellbrite prices by monthly order count. The plan you need is set by how many orders you process, and paid plans also sync more often.

Sellbrite plans as published on sellbrite.com/pricing-pro, checked September 29, 2026. Paid prices shown are billed annually. Pricing can change.
Plan Published price Orders per month Sync frequency
Forever Free $0/month Up to 30 Every 2 hours
Pro 100 $29/month, billed annually Up to 100 Every 15 minutes
Pro 500 $79/month, billed annually Up to 500 Every 15 minutes
Pro 2K $179/month, billed annually Up to 2,000 Every 15 minutes

Details worth knowing from the same pricing page:

  • Amazon FBA orders never count toward the plan's order limit.
  • FBA Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment is a separate $19/month add-on, available on Pro 100, Pro 500 and Pro 2K.
  • If order volume exceeds your plan during a billing cycle, Sellbrite moves you to the next tier automatically.
  • Monthly billing is available and can be cancelled at any time; annual billing is discounted. The pricing page shows annual-billing prices.
  • Sellers above 2,000 orders a month are pointed to separate High Volume plans.
  • A 14-day free trial with unlimited access is offered, with no credit card required.

How Inventory Sync works

This is the section to read closely, because it defines how your team will have to work. Based on Sellbrite's Inventory Sync and Enable Inventory Sync articles:

  • Sellbrite is the source. Inventory Sync updates quantities from your Sellbrite inventory to your listings. The direction is outward, from Sellbrite to the channels.
  • It is enabled per channel. You toggle Inventory Sync on for each sales channel integration separately.
  • Only linked listings receive inventory. A channel listing must be linked to a product in the Sellbrite catalog; unlinked listings do not receive inventory.
  • It runs on a schedule. Every 15 minutes on paid plans and every 2 hours on Forever Free.
  • Quantity changes belong in Sellbrite. Sellbrite instructs users to make all quantity updates in Sellbrite and never directly on channel listing pages. Its documentation warns that direct channel edits can interfere with syncing correct quantities, can cause overselling, and can make Sellbrite fail to sync that listing going forward.

How listings get linked

According to Sellbrite's linking guide, a listing import links imported listings to catalog products automatically when SKUs match. Listings without a matching SKU, or without a SKU, stay unlinked until you link them manually from the Listings page, where a filter shows only unlinked listings. A listing linked to the wrong product can be unlinked and relinked. How well your SKUs line up across channels therefore decides how much of this is automatic and how much is manual work.

Channels and integration depth

Sellbrite's integration table shows that not every channel supports the same actions:

Documented integration capabilities for US channels, checked September 29, 2026.
Channels Inventory and price sync Import listings and orders Create and edit listings
Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google, Walmart Yes Yes Yes
Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce Yes Yes Yes
Newegg, Sears Yes Yes No

International marketplaces

Sellbrite's international support article describes narrower coverage outside the US:

  • Amazon and eBay international (non-US) marketplaces are integrated with feature limitations. You can build products, sync quantity, import listings and import orders, but not sync prices or create and edit listings.
  • International listings cannot be published from Sellbrite.
  • Only USD is supported, with no currency conversion. Sizes and weights use pounds, ounces and inches.
  • Walmart international integrations are not supported.
  • Etsy international accounts are supported when the account language is set to English.

Where Sellbrite fits

  • You list the same catalog on several US marketplaces and want to create and edit those listings from one place.
  • You are willing to make Sellbrite the single place where quantities are edited.
  • Your SKUs are consistent across channels, so most listings link automatically on import.
  • A 15-minute sync window is acceptable for your sales velocity, or a 2-hour window at very low volume.
  • You sell through Amazon FBA and want FBA orders outside your plan's order count, with the FBA add-on priced separately.

Tradeoffs and things to verify

These are buying checks drawn from Sellbrite's own documentation, not verdicts.

  • Forever Free syncs every 2 hours. During that window, a unit sold on one channel can still show as available on another.
  • Paid sync is every 15 minutes, not real time. For fast-moving, low-stock SKUs, decide whether that window needs a buffer.
  • Quantity edits move into Sellbrite. Staff who adjust stock inside Etsy, Amazon or Shopify will need a new habit, because direct edits can break sync for that listing.
  • Linking quality matters. Unlinked listings do not receive inventory. Audit the unlinked-listings filter after every import.
  • International coverage is narrower. Non-US Amazon and eBay have no price sync or listing publishing, only USD is supported, and Walmart international is not supported.
  • FBA has its own economics. FBA orders do not count toward the plan limit, but FBA inventory and Multi-Channel Fulfillment is a $19/month add-on on paid plans.
  • Automatic tier changes. A busy month above your plan's order limit moves you up a tier. Model peak months.
  • Confirm the price for your install path. The Sellbrite listing on the Shopify App Store showed different Pro tier prices from sellbrite.com when checked on September 29, 2026.

Sellbrite and GNIZDO do different jobs

Sellbrite is an operations tool. It manages listings, pushes quantities from its central inventory to your channels, and brings orders in for fulfillment. GNIZDO is a detection-first inventory evidence layer. It reads each connected channel independently and keeps confirmed evidence of what each channel reports, with freshness and trust signals. It surfaces stock mismatches, price drift and unexpected changes, and gives a bounded conclusion an operator can review.

Different jobs, not competing feature lists.
Question Sellbrite GNIZDO
Create and edit listings across channels Yes, on supported channels No
Push one inventory figure to every channel Yes, on a 15-minute or 2-hour schedule No. GNIZDO does not run cross-channel synchronization.
Import orders, print labels, manage fulfillment Yes No
Show what each channel actually reports, and how fresh it is Not its primary job Yes, core job
Flag mismatches and unexpected changes for review Not its primary job Yes, as evidence and a bounded conclusion, not an automatic fix

GNIZDO is not a replacement for Sellbrite's listing management, inventory sync or order handling. It can run alongside Sellbrite as an independent check: after a scheduled sync, is each channel actually showing the intended quantity? Did someone edit stock directly in a channel? Is any channel stale? GNIZDO does not connect to Sellbrite. It reads the channels themselves.

Check GNIZDO's current platform scope before relying on it:

  • WooCommerce stores can be connected today. WooCommerce also supports explicit, capability-gated per-item stock and price corrections that you start manually; nothing is synchronized automatically.
  • Etsy shops can be connected today, read-only and in beta.
  • Shopify is supported as a read-only runtime, but merchants cannot connect a Shopify store until GNIZDO's Shopify App Store listing is published.
  • eBay is planned. Amazon, Walmart, Google, Newegg, Sears and BigCommerce are not supported.

Questions to ask before choosing

  • How many seller-fulfilled orders do I process in my busiest month, and which tier does that put me in?
  • Is a 15-minute sync window acceptable for my fastest-selling, lowest-stock SKUs?
  • Who on my team currently edits stock directly in a channel, and how will that change?
  • How many of my listings will link automatically by SKU, and how many will need manual linking?
  • Do I need to create or edit listings on Newegg or Sears, or on non-US Amazon and eBay?
  • Do I sell in currencies other than USD, or on Walmart outside the US?
  • Do I use Amazon FBA or Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and does the $19/month add-on belong in my budget?
  • After each sync, how will I confirm that every channel shows the intended quantity, and how quickly will I notice when one does not?
