Cin7 Core vs Zoho Inventory: Inventory, Warehouses, Integrations and Pricing
Both can become a central inventory system, but their published packaging is very different. Cin7 Core reaches further into warehouse and manufacturing operations, while Zoho Inventory publishes lower-cost SMB tiers with explicit order, user and location limits.

What is structurally different?
Cin7 Core is the current name of DEAR Systems and spans purchasing, warehouse operations, ecommerce, reporting and manufacturing. Zoho Inventory is more compact and publishes explicit usage limits for orders, users and locations.
Pricing and packaging
Cin7 Core currently publishes Standard at $349/month, Pro at $599 and Advanced at $1,199. Zoho's US annual-billing equivalents run from $29 Standard to $249 Enterprise, plus a Free plan. Price alone is not a like-for-like comparison because the included operational scope and usage limits differ substantially.
Inventory and channel behavior
Both centralize inventory and connect sales channels. Zoho's marketplace documentation explicitly expects products to exist on the marketplace and generally match by SKU; it is not a universal marketplace listing-authoring system. Cin7 Core's broader integration and warehouse model should be verified connector by connector as well.
Questions to answer with your own workflow
- Do you need manufacturing and deeper warehouse operations?
- How many users and locations must be included?
- How many ecommerce/app integrations are included in the chosen Cin7 plan?
- Do your marketplace products already have reliable matching SKUs for Zoho?
- Which exact connector directions are required for orders, stock and fulfillment?

Where GNIZDO fits
GNIZDO is not a substitute for either system. These products execute inventory, listing, order, warehouse or integration workflows. GNIZDO is a detection-first evidence layer: it independently observes supported sales channels, carries freshness and trust context, and surfaces mismatches or delayed state for review.
