Availability has more than a quantity
WooCommerce can change whether or where a product is offered without changing its stock quantity or price. Confirmed generation history now records those availability changes alongside the existing stock and price evidence.
The history keeps WooCommerce's reported signals
The record preserves stock management, effective and observed stock status, product status, and catalog visibility. It keeps the existing event vocabulary, and availability-only changes do not create listing lifecycle events.
