Sellbrite vs Veeqo: Listings, Inventory Sync, Shipping and Pricing
Independent comparison · checked September 29, 2026. GNIZDO is not affiliated with Sellbrite or Veeqo, and this page contains no affiliate links. It does not pick a winner or rank either tool; it lays out how each one documents its own product so you can decide.
Sellers searching “Sellbrite vs Veeqo” or “Veeqo vs Sellbrite” are usually comparing two tools that overlap on inventory sync and order import but are built around different jobs. This page compares their operating models, not feature counts.
Sellbrite centers on listing and catalog management, with a central Sellbrite inventory pushed to channels on a schedule and orders imported into one dashboard. Veeqo centers on shipping and fulfillment, with inventory control on its paid plans that uses Veeqo or one selected channel as the master stock source.

Listing management
Sellbrite documents listing authoring as one of its three core jobs. Its overview says it lets you “create and publish product listings across supported sales channels”, and its integration table marks create and edit listings as supported on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google, Walmart, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, and not supported on Newegg or Sears. Listings are linked to products in a central catalog, and linking happens automatically on import when SKUs match. On non-US Amazon and eBay, Sellbrite does not create or edit listings.
Veeqo is less settled in its current public wording. On its pricing page, the free Shipping plan shows “Publish 10 free listings per month” alongside “Multichannel listings (coming soon)”, while the Inventory plan shows “Unlimited listings each month”. The Plans Overview repeats the 10-per-month and unlimited figures. Neither source lists which channels Veeqo can publish or edit listings on, or how deep that editing goes.
So this page does not treat the two as equivalent on listings. If listing creation and editing from one place is part of your daily work, confirm with Veeqo what is live today for each channel you sell on before assuming parity with Sellbrite.
Inventory source model
Both tools push one stock figure out to your channels. They differ on where that figure lives.
- Sellbrite: central Sellbrite inventory, pushed outward. Per its Inventory Sync article, sync “updates the quantities from your Sellbrite inventory to your listings.” It is enabled channel by channel, and only listings linked to catalog products receive quantities. Sellbrite asks you to make all quantity changes in Sellbrite, and warns that adjusting quantities directly in a sales channel “can interfere with syncing the correct quantities, and can even cause you to oversell.”
- Veeqo: Veeqo or one selected channel as master. Per its Inventory Control documentation, you choose between using levels from Veeqo or taking levels from one channel. With a channel as master, Veeqo first pulls stock from that store, then pushes it to all other active stores. Inventory Control is a paid-plan feature. Veeqo asks you to merge duplicate products, close historic orders and import accurate stock levels before turning it on.
Operationally, Sellbrite always makes its own inventory the place stock is edited. Veeqo lets you keep an existing channel, such as your main storefront, as the stock master and treat Veeqo as the distributor. Neither arrangement is better in the abstract. It depends on where your team already edits stock, and on whether that place can stay the single source once sync is running.
Sync timing
- Sellbrite publishes a fixed schedule: inventory, price sync and order import run every 2 hours on Forever Free and every 15 minutes on paid plans.
- Veeqo publishes setup windows and a push model rather than a schedule. The first push takes between 10 minutes and 2 hours with Veeqo as master, or between 15 minutes and 2 hours with a channel as master. After that, Veeqo describes stock changes as pushed in “near real time”. It also states that turning Inventory Control on does not push every stock level automatically; pushes happen when a stock push is triggered in Veeqo.
These are the vendors' own descriptions, not measured latency and not guarantees. “Near real time” is not a number, and a scheduled 15-minute cycle says nothing about how long each channel then takes to accept the update. If a few minutes matter for your fastest-selling, lowest-stock SKUs, test both tools against your own channels, and read inventory sync vs buffer stock for how to cover the gap either way.
Orders, picking and shipping
- Sellbrite imports orders from each channel into one dashboard, where its overview says you can “manage order fulfillment, print shipping labels, [and] track shipments.” Order import follows the same 2-hour or 15-minute schedule as inventory.
- Veeqo is built around this step. Its free Shipping plan covers bulk shipping of up to 100 orders in one click, pre-negotiated rates with Amazon Shipping, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and OnTrac, customisable printing templates, and shipping and sales reports. The paid Inventory plan adds the Veeqo scanner for digital picking, team picking stats and picking-path optimization.
Both tools can produce labels. The documented difference is depth: Veeqo documents carrier rates, bulk shipping and warehouse picking tools, and Sellbrite's sources checked describe label printing as part of order management rather than as a warehouse workflow.
Pricing
Both are priced on orders, but they count differently.
| Vendor | Plan | Published price | Meter |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sellbrite | Forever Free | $0/month | Up to 30 orders/month |
| Sellbrite | Pro 100 / Pro 500 / Pro 2K | $29 / $79 / $179 per month, billed annually | Up to 100 / 500 / 2,000 orders/month |
| Veeqo | Shipping | Free | No inventory sync |
| Veeqo | Inventory | From $19/month | Seller-fulfilled orders synced per month |
| Veeqo | High Volume | From $350/month | Seller-fulfilled orders synced per month |
- Sellbrite meters monthly orders in fixed tiers. Amazon FBA orders never count toward the plan limit, and FBA Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment is a separate $19/month add-on on paid plans. Exceeding your tier during a billing cycle moves you to the next tier automatically, with a prorated charge. Sellers above 2,000 orders a month are pointed to separate High Volume plans. A 14-day trial with no credit card is offered.
- Veeqo prices paid plans on the seller-fulfilled orders you sync into Veeqo each month, so the fee adjusts with actual usage. Amazon FBA and MCF orders are excluded. Free trials are available without a payment method. Moving back to the free Shipping plan stops paid features, including inventory sync, at the end of the billing period.
Because the paid Veeqo prices are “from” prices, a like-for-like cost comparison needs your own busiest-month order count quoted by both vendors.
Channels
Both tools connect to the common combinations: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce. Sellbrite also documents Google, Newegg and Sears. Veeqo's Connect a Channel article also lists Amazon FBA, Shopify POS, Magento, PrestaShop, Not On The High Street, Lightspeed, TikTok and AbeBooks.
A connected channel is not the same as the same feature depth on every channel:
- Sellbrite publishes a per-channel table: inventory and price sync, listing import and order import on every listed US channel, but no listing creation or editing on Newegg or Sears. Non-US Amazon and eBay have no price sync or listing publishing, only USD is supported, and Walmart international is not supported.
- Veeqo's Connect a Channel article describes connections mainly as syncing orders into Veeqo. It does not list stock push, listings or back-order behavior channel by channel; back orders are documented only for Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce and Magento.
This page therefore does not offer a channel-by-feature checkbox grid for both tools: Veeqo's sources checked do not document per-channel depth in a way that supports one. Check each channel you depend on in each vendor's own integration article.
Which operating model fits which situation?
These are pointers to where each vendor's documentation is most relevant, not recommendations.
- If your primary job is creating and editing listings centrally across marketplaces, inspect Sellbrite's documented listing workflow and its per-channel listing support, then check what Veeqo currently supports for your channels.
- If shipping labels, carrier rates, picking and fulfillment are central to your day, inspect Veeqo's shipping and picking workflow, then check whether Sellbrite's order dashboard covers what you need.
- If you want an existing storefront to remain the stock master, inspect Veeqo's channel-as-master option. If you are prepared to edit stock in one central tool only, both models apply.
- If inventory sync timing is critical, compare Sellbrite's published 15-minute and 2-hour schedule with Veeqo's documented push model, and test both on your own fast-moving SKUs.
- If you want inventory sync without paying, note that Sellbrite's free plan includes sync on a 2-hour schedule up to 30 orders a month, and Veeqo's free plan does not include automated inventory sync.
- If you sell through Amazon FBA or MCF, compare how each vendor excludes those orders from its meter and whether Sellbrite's $19/month FBA add-on applies to you.
- If you sell on Newegg, Sears, Google, Magento, TikTok or outside the US, check each tool's documented support for that exact channel first.
Switching considerations
- SKU and linking cleanup. Sellbrite links listings to catalog products by matching SKUs; Veeqo asks you to merge duplicate products first. Fix duplicate and missing SKUs before connecting either tool.
- Inventory source ownership. Decide in advance where stock gets edited: in Sellbrite, in Veeqo, or in one channel you make Veeqo's master. Edits made anywhere else can be overwritten by the next push.
- Existing listings. Decide where listings will be created and edited after the switch, and confirm that the new tool supports that on each of your channels.
- Orders and history. Veeqo asks you to close historic or shipped orders before enabling Inventory Control. Decide what order history you need and export it before cancelling the old tool.
- Shipping workflow. Moving labels, carrier accounts, printing templates and picking into or out of a tool changes daily warehouse work, not just software.
- Busiest-month pricing. Price your peak month on both meters: Sellbrite's fixed tiers with automatic upgrades, and Veeqo's usage-based seller-fulfilled count.
- Staged test before disabling old sync. Run the new tool on a small set of SKUs, confirm on every channel that quantities match, and only then switch the old tool's inventory sync off. Two tools pushing stock to the same listings at once can overwrite each other.
Where GNIZDO fits
GNIZDO does not replace Sellbrite or Veeqo, and it does not run cross-channel synchronization. It is a detection-first inventory evidence layer: it observes each connected channel independently, keeps confirmed evidence of what each one reports with freshness and trust metadata, detects stock mismatches and unexpected changes, and gives a bounded conclusion for an operator to review. Whichever tool pushes your stock, GNIZDO can check whether each channel actually shows the intended value. It does not connect to Sellbrite or Veeqo; it reads the channels themselves.
Check GNIZDO's current platform scope before relying on it. WooCommerce and Etsy stores can be connected today; Etsy is read-only (beta), and WooCommerce also supports explicit, capability-gated per-item stock and price corrections that you start manually. Shopify is supported as a read-only runtime, but merchants cannot connect a Shopify store until GNIZDO's Shopify App Store listing is published. eBay is planned. Amazon and Walmart are not supported.
