Veeqo Alternatives: Replace Shipping, Listings or Inventory, Not Just the Brand
Independent comparison · checked September 29, 2026. GNIZDO is not affiliated with any vendor on this page, and this page contains no affiliate links. Tools are grouped by job, not ranked.
Veeqo combines shipping labels and carrier rates, order import and fulfillment, warehouse picking, paid inventory control, forecasting and a listings feature. Each tool below covers a different subset of those jobs. Start from the job you actually rely on.
This page compares alternatives. For Veeqo itself, including plans, channels and its inventory master model, read the full Veeqo software profile.

Veeqo baseline
This is only the baseline you need for comparison. Full detail and sources are in the Veeqo profile.
| Pricing | Shipping plan free. Inventory from $19/month and High Volume from $350/month, priced on seller-fulfilled orders synced each month. Amazon FBA and MCF orders are excluded. |

ShipStation: shipping and fulfillment alternative
- What it replaces from Veeqo. Order import, shipping labels, carrier rates and fulfillment workflow. Its pricing page also lists inventory features that overlap with Veeqo's paid plans.
- What it does differently. ShipStation is shipping-first. Its homepage describes combining orders across channels, batch printing labels, pick lists aligned to warehouse layouts, returns with prepaid labels, and access to 200+ parcel carriers. On the pricing page, Starter includes a product catalog only; Standard adds an inventory grid, bundles, lot tracking and Inventory Sync; Premium adds scan to receive, purchase orders and Forecasting / Reorder Assist. Its inventory page says you decide which sources act as your “truth” and which stores receive updates, and that stock counts “refresh in real time”; that is ShipStation's wording.
- Pricing model. Priced on shipments per month, not orders. At the 50-shipment tier the pricing page shows Starter at $14.99/month, Standard at $29.99/month and Premium at $349.99/month on monthly billing, with 20% savings on annual billing. The visible pricing table starts with Starter and offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card. The same page's FAQ separately references a “Free Plan”, so confirm current free-plan availability and scope with ShipStation.
- Channels and operating model. ShipStation's integrations page names Amazon, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shein, Temu, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix and others, with unlimited store connections on every plan.
- What to verify before switching. Which of your channels receive stock updates from ShipStation's Inventory Sync, and how often: the inventory page names supported platforms but its per-channel behavior was not verifiable in ShipStation's help center for this check. How your monthly shipment count, not order count, prices out. ShipStation's pages checked do not describe creating or editing marketplace listings.
- Full or partial replacement. A replacement for the shipping and fulfillment side of Veeqo. Treat its inventory sync as something to test on your own channels before relying on it, and plan for listings elsewhere.
Sellbrite: listing and central-inventory alternative
- What it replaces from Veeqo. Central inventory with cross-channel sync, order import, and label printing from the order dashboard. It also covers listing creation and editing, which Veeqo's pricing page still partly marks “coming soon”.
- What it does differently. Sellbrite is listing-management first. Its own inventory is always the source, and it asks you to make quantity changes only in Sellbrite. Sync is scheduled rather than pushed on change: every 2 hours on Forever Free and every 15 minutes on paid plans. Sellbrite's sources checked describe label printing as part of order management; they do not describe carrier-rate programs or warehouse picking tools comparable to Veeqo's.
- Pricing model. Monthly order tiers. Forever Free up to 30 orders/month; Pro 100, Pro 500 and Pro 2K at $29, $79 and $179 per month billed annually. FBA orders never count toward the limit, and FBA Inventory & Multi-Channel Fulfillment is a $19/month add-on. Exceeding a tier moves you up automatically. A 14-day trial is also offered.
- Channels and operating model. Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Google, Walmart, Newegg, Sears, Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce. Listings cannot be created or edited on Newegg or Sears, and non-US Amazon and eBay have no price sync or listing publishing.
- What to verify before switching. Whether a 15-minute schedule is acceptable where Veeqo described near-real-time pushes; whether its label printing covers your shipping volume and carriers; and whether your stock master can move into Sellbrite.
- Full or partial replacement. Covers Veeqo's inventory and order side and adds listing authoring. Veeqo-level shipping and picking depth is not established by Sellbrite's own sources. See the Sellbrite software profile and the direct Sellbrite vs Veeqo comparison.
LitCommerce: listing-management alternative
- What it replaces from Veeqo. Multichannel listing creation and editing, scheduled inventory and price sync, and order import.
- What it does differently. LitCommerce is listing-first. Per its how-it-works page, it works from a Main Store, which can be a connected ecommerce store such as Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Wix, or LitCommerce itself for marketplace-only sellers. Each channel listing must be linked to a product in the LitCommerce catalog to receive price and quantity updates.
- Pricing model. The pricing page shows a pay-as-you-go Multichannel Listing plan from $29/month, priced on product listings and integrated channels, with unlimited orders per month. A 7-day free trial is offered; this is a trial, not a free plan.
- Channels and operating model. The pricing page lists eBay, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Facebook Shops, Reverb, Faire and Temu, with 15-minute inventory and price sync, 15-minute order import and currency conversion.
- What to verify before switching. Where you will print labels, buy postage and pick orders: LitCommerce's pages checked do not describe a shipping-label or picking workflow of their own. How your listing and channel counts price out.
- Full or partial replacement. Partial. It covers the listing and sync side, not Veeqo's shipping and fulfillment core.
Trunk: stock-sync and bundle alternative
- What it replaces from Veeqo. Cross-channel stock sync only.
- What it does differently. Trunk links existing listings by matching SKU and propagates stock changes between them. Its homepage says that “at the moment, Trunk only syncs stock levels” and that it is working on syncing listings and orders. Trunk describes order-triggered sync as real-time and says manual channel edits can be a few seconds delayed depending on the platform. Unlike Veeqo's single master source, stock edits from any connected channel propagate.
- Pricing model. Monthly orders, billed monthly in USD. Essential from $35/month and Pro from $39/month for up to 100 orders a month, per its Shopify App Store listing. Pro adds bundling and kitting and duplicate-SKU syncing. A 14-day free trial is offered.
- Channels and operating model. Trunk's integrations list includes Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Faire, TikTok, Walmart and others.
- What to verify before switching. Where you will ship orders and print labels, since Trunk's official sources do not describe an order or shipping workflow; whether your SKUs match exactly across channels; and whether you need Pro for bundles.
- Full or partial replacement. Partial. Stock sync and bundles only. See the Trunk software profile.
Sumtracker: inventory, bundle and replenishment alternative
- What it replaces from Veeqo. Central inventory and cross-channel stock sync, and on its higher plan the forecasting and purchasing side.
- What it does differently. Sumtracker's pricing page states that it “cannot create listings for your stores. It can only update the inventory.” It uses the SKU as the single identifier, runs sync one way per location, and on Shopify lets you choose Sumtracker or the store as master. Bundles deduct stock from their component SKUs.
- Pricing model. The pricing page prices plans on total sales orders per year, starting at a 2,500-orders-a-year tier; one Sumtracker help article describes the meter as monthly order volume, so confirm which applies. Manage is $59/month billed monthly or $50/month billed annually. Replenish is $119/month monthly or $100/month annually, and adds purchase orders, stock transfers, 12-month forecasting and reorder suggestions. A 14-day free trial with no credit card is offered.
- Channels and operating model. Shopify, Amazon FBA/FBM, Etsy, eBay and Walmart, with up to 10 sales channels per plan.
- What to verify before switching. Where you will ship orders and print labels, since Sumtracker's official sources checked do not describe a shipping-label or fulfillment workflow; which location owns each stock number; and how your annual order count maps to a tier.
- Full or partial replacement. Partial. It covers inventory, bundles and replenishment, not shipping or listings. See the Sumtracker software profile.
Side-by-side comparison
Each cell reflects what the vendor documents. Where a vendor's sources did not clearly cover a capability, the cell says so rather than guessing.

| Sumtracker | No; updates inventory only | SKU as identifier; one way per location | Not described in sources checked | Orders per year; from $50/mo annual or $59/mo monthly; 14-day trial | Inventory, bundles, replenishment |
When none of these is a direct replacement
If you use Veeqo for shipping and picking and inventory sync, no single tool here is documented as covering all three the way Veeqo does. Common combinations are a shipping tool alongside a stock-sync tool, or a listing tool alongside your storefront's own shipping. Every split adds a boundary where two systems can disagree about stock, especially if more than one of them is allowed to push quantities to the same listings.
Where GNIZDO fits
GNIZDO is not a shipping, listing or sync tool, and it does not replace Veeqo or any tool on this page. It does not run cross-channel synchronization. It is a detection-first inventory evidence layer: it observes each connected channel independently, keeps confirmed evidence of what each one reports with freshness and trust signals, surfaces stock mismatches and unexpected changes, and gives a bounded conclusion for an operator to review. During or after a migration, it can check whether each channel actually shows what your new tool intended. It does not connect to Veeqo or the tools above; it reads the channels themselves.
Check GNIZDO's current platform scope before relying on it. WooCommerce and Etsy stores can be connected today; Etsy is read-only (beta), and WooCommerce also supports explicit, capability-gated per-item stock and price corrections that you start manually. Shopify is supported as a read-only runtime, but merchants cannot connect a Shopify store until GNIZDO's Shopify App Store listing is published. eBay is planned. Amazon and Walmart are not supported.
Migration checklist
- Write down which Veeqo jobs you use. Shipping, picking, inventory control, forecasting, listings. Decide where each one lives afterwards.
- Stock master. Veeqo uses itself or one channel as master. Sellbrite always uses its own inventory; Trunk accepts edits from any channel; Sumtracker runs one way per location. Decide where stock gets edited before connecting anything.
- SKU identity. Trunk and Sumtracker match on SKU, and Sellbrite and LitCommerce need listings linked to catalog products. Clean up duplicate and missing SKUs first.
- Carrier accounts and label workflow. Plan how carrier accounts, printing templates, pick lists and returns move, since this changes daily warehouse work.
- Listings. If you started using Veeqo's listings feature, confirm where those listings will be managed afterwards.
- Pricing meter. Seller-fulfilled orders, shipments, listings and channels, or annual orders. Price your busiest month on each tool's own meter, and check how FBA and MCF orders are treated.
- Order history. Decide what past orders and shipping history you need, and export them before moving back to Veeqo's free plan or leaving.
- Test before disabling Veeqo's inventory control. Run the new tool on a small set of SKUs, confirm on every channel that quantities match, and only then turn Veeqo's stock pushes off. Two tools pushing stock to the same listings can overwrite each other.
