Catch inventory mismatches before they become refunds
GNIZDO is an independent multichannel inventory monitoring tool for ecommerce sellers. It observes WooCommerce, Etsy, and Shopify channels independently — reading catalog state, freshness, and stock and price changes — and shows stale inventory data and overselling risk before a sync gap turns into refunds or bad reviews.
- Observe each channel independently
- Spot stale inventory data
- Watch channel freshness
- Track stock and price changes
- Review oversell-risk evidence
Platforms
WooCommerce is supported, with explicit per-item stock or price writes when you choose them. Etsy is a read-only beta. Shopify is a read-only beta currently in rollout. eBay is planned. GNIZDO monitors each channel independently — it does not automatically sync or write between them.
One product. Three channels. Three reported states.

Once you confirm which listings represent the same product, GNIZDO keeps their channel evidence together so differences are visible — without pretending a SKU match is proof. A matching SKU or title only surfaces a likely candidate; your explicit confirmation establishes shared identity, and GNIZDO does not automatically sync or change inventory between channels.
A single lagging inventory update can open a costly sales window.
One channel updates first. Another lags. A spreadsheet gets patched manually. Now the same SKU shows different stock or price in different places. Most sellers find it after the order comes in, not before.
It usually surfaces as one of two symptoms: overselling — unavailable items keep getting ordered — or inventory not syncing — channel data goes stale and stops matching the store.
What GNIZDO shows
A faster way to see when channel data can no longer be trusted. GNIZDO keeps a read-only view of each connected channel — catalog state, freshness, recent changes, and import health — so stale inventory data and overselling risk are visible before the next order.
See the latest known stock, price, and listing state for every SKU in a connected channel.
See when each channel was last successfully observed and whether its data is still fresh.
Review what changed between observations — stock drops, price changes, listing state — before acting.
What you get from GNIZDO
GNIZDO is detection-first, not sync-first. It does not automatically sync or write to your store — it observes channel state independently and surfaces the exceptions that need attention.
-
Connect your stores
Connect a WooCommerce, Etsy, or Shopify store as a channel (Shopify is a read-only beta in rollout). GNIZDO observes each channel independently and never changes inventory automatically. WooCommerce supports explicit, capability-gated per-item stock or price corrections when you choose to make them; Etsy and Shopify connections stay read-only, with no write-back.
-
Build channel state
GNIZDO keeps a local read model of each channel's catalog separately, so each channel's freshness, completeness, stock, and price can be tracked over time.
-
Review detected signals
See stale channel data, incomplete imports, stock and price changes, and overselling-risk signals — with the evidence behind each one.
-
Confirm same-product identity
GNIZDO surfaces likely same-product candidates using exact SKU or title evidence. A match is only a candidate — you confirm which listings are the same product. After confirmation, GNIZDO keeps that product's cross-channel evidence together so each channel's reported state is visible side by side.
The hidden cost of overselling
Overselling is usually the visible symptom. Refunds, support load, manual cleanup, and lost repeat purchases stack up quietly.
